Get back your energy in this 45 minute class with Bjorn. This class will be best when you are feeling lethargic, getting over a sickness or just need a kick to your system up a bit. Be sure to listen to your body and make sure you are well hydrated and feeling ok to get your body moving. You'll work some rapid breath work for de-tox, as well as a series of twists and moves to get the blood pumping. Be sure to do the class till the end and take that rest for integration and renewal.
